About Us
Carol Bergmann, Founder & President
Carol is founder and president of Quantum Wise Solutions, LLC (QWS), a company that provides both private and corporate coaching. Corporate programs can also include training and facilitation that support the internal management and leadership development efforts of your organization. She is a leadership coach, business adviser, speaker and facilitator of several workshops to improve personal and team effectiveness in the workplace.
She began her professional career as a software developer and has over 30 years of business experience spanning a unique combination of business management, quality management and human resource development in both manufacturing and service organizations. She has extensive experience coaching both business owners and corporate leaders, from mid-management to executive levels.
Her early career included positions ranging from software development to large-scale project management to general management—all in the fields of information services. Realizing the importance the human factor plays in successful implementation of technology, Carol shifted her career focus to human resource management and leadership development in the late 1980’s. From 1989 to 2002, she held management positions in consulting/training organizations providing services in areas of change management, leadership development and organization effectiveness.
In 2002, Carol started her private consulting and coaching practice that was officially named Quantum Wise Solutions in 2005. Since that time she has served professionals in a wide range of client organizations from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and universities to a number of small to medium sized businesses.
Carol’s passion is to assist managers and professionals to navigate the workplace with greater ease and clarity while maintaining a sense of personal fulfillment. In a world that seems to accelerate moment-to-moment, where change is the only constant, Carol brings forth new strategies to help her clients achieve extraordinary results while maintaining inner calm and fulfillment.

We believe this is a critical element of the process, for it is vital for a coach or facilitator to truly understand the depth of his or her own being before supporting others in a similar process.
Our team is comprised of coaches and facilitators with diverse backgrounds. However, each team member shares the common fundamental values of providing exceptional service to meet our client’s needs.
We understand that every individual is different and we honor those differences in our clients and in ourselves. We offer several different coaching or training options. Our goal is to find the most effective approach to help you achieve your success goals.
